This project envisions a private living space that integrates traditional Saudi Arabian architectural elements to create a unique and culturally inspired environment for a multi-generational family. The design features individual villas for each family member, providing a sense of privacy and personal space within the communal setting. And additional villas are designed for guests with the same traditional influences, ensuring a seamless blend with the main residences.
The dwellings draw inspiration from traditional Saudi Arabian architecture, characterized by small openings, intricate mashrabia, and a careful consideration of climatic elements. The incorporation of mashrabia not only adds a touch of cultural richness but also serves practical purposes, allowing for privacy while permitting natural light and ventilation. A central common area serves as a shared space for family gatherings, fostering a sense of unity and connection. Lush greenery and carefully planned landscaping contribute to a serene and inviting atmosphere, creating a balance between tradition and modernity. Water features are strategically integrated to introduce a tranquil and reflective element, enhancing the overall aesthetic and connecting the architecture with the surrounding landscape.
