This project tailored to the unique lifestyle and climatic conditions of Saudi Arabia. Situated on a
small plot, the villa's layout is intricately planned to cater to the preferences of private living, with the integration of secluded spaces for relaxation and reflection. The strategic placement of stone elements, both as structural components and exterior cladding, helps mitigate the impact of the arid climate, providing thermal mass and contributing to the overall sustainability of the design. Wood is introduced as a complementary material, adding warmth and a sense of luxury to the interiors.
The design prioritizes privacy through well-thought out placement of windows and openings. Carefully curated fenestration allows natural light to permeate the interiors while maintaining a sense of seclusion.
