YANBU AL SINAIYAH CITY CENTER, SAUDI ARABIA
The downtown of Yanbu Al Sinaiyah is structured around a circular bay where all the street corridors converge towards the center of this bay. The main avenue is adorned with four towers that mark its central position. At the heart of this center stands out the building of the headquarters of the Royal Commission of Jubail Yanbu, with its circular base and blade-shaped tower. The grand mosque and the civic center complete the set of key buildings. Overall, this area forms a coherent mass encompassing offices, residential buildings, and a shopping mall. Around the bay, cafes, restaurants, and recreational areas develop, including a waterfront promenade, creating a dynamic and attractive setting. The architecture appears carefully planned to highlight the central bay, with a majestic main avenue and iconic buildings, contributing to the creation of a lively and multifunctional downtown.
